Refund Policy

We value our clients and aim to provide exceptional coaching services, programs, and training. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted.

1. Services Covered

This policy applies to all purchases of:

  • Individual coaching sessions

  • Multi-session coaching packages

  • Online courses, workshops, and digital content

  • PAX Coaching Certification program fees

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Coaching Sessions (Single) – Refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior are non-refundable.

  • Coaching Packages – Unused sessions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided no more than one session has been completed.

  • Digital Products & Courses – Due to the immediate access to materials, these purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.

  • PAX Coaching Certification Program – See Section 5 below.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, email [Your Email] with:

  • Your full name

  • Date of purchase

  • Order number or invoice

  • Reason for refund request

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

4. Exceptions

We do not issue refunds for:

  • “No-show” coaching sessions

  • Completed sessions or digital content already accessed in full

  • Failure to complete coursework for any reason other than documented medical or legal emergency

5. PAX Coaching Certification Refunds

  • Full refund available if cancellation request is received within 7 days of purchase AND before any training materials are accessed.

  • 50% refund if cancellation is requested within 14 days of purchase and no live training has been attended.

  • No refunds after 14 days or once any live training or certification assessment has begun.

6. Legal Compliance

This Refund Policy is designed to comply with applicable U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your statutory rights under such laws.
