Our website and training materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about results from participating in the PAX Coaching Certification program. Any success as a coach depends on your own efforts, background, and market conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to apply for the PAX Coaching Certification program.

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information in your application.

  • We reserve the right to reject or revoke certification for providing false or misleading information.

3. Certification Program Requirements

To become a PAX Certified Coach, you must:

  1. Successfully complete all required training modules, assignments, and assessments.

  3. Meet ongoing continuing education or renewal requirements (if applicable).

  4. Maintain good standing by complying with all program rules and policies.

4. Intellectual Property

6. Payment & Refunds

  • Unless otherwise stated, program fees are non-refundable once training materials or course access has been provided.

7. Conduct Expectations

While participating in the program and representing yourself as a certified coach, you agree to:

  • Conduct yourself professionally and respectfully toward clients, peers, and program staff.

  • Refrain from unlawful, unethical, or harmful behavior.

  • Avoid making false claims or misrepresentations about the PAX program, your qualifications, or client results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or participation in the program.

  • Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the program in the 12 months prior to the claim.
