Hi, I’m Rashieda — the heart behind Pax Solutions Inc.​ Pax was born from my own sacred journey through grief, heartbreak, trauma, and deep transformation. I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed by pain while still trying to show up for life. Life doesn’t pause for our healing — but healing is possible while we continue to live. Through my studies in psychology, along with a spiritual path rooted in Christianity, Buddhism, Stoic principles, and quantum theory, I began to see healing not just as recovery — but as remembering who we truly are.

 

Why I Do This Work

I’ve walked beside individuals in some of their most vulnerable seasons — and I’ve lived through them myself. That’s why I created Pax Solutions Inc.: to offer the kind of support that helps people understand their pain, honor their process, and begin to feel at peace within themselves.
